Axe and you shall receive.....

Due to overwhelming response in the last few months, I haven't been able to stay ahead of the orders coming in. So to try and rectify this situation, I am going to build more often that I had previously, hopefully cut down on the wait time.

That being said I will start building 10 in a batch instead of 6.

I will have 5 more , as of yet unsold Pharaohs ready to ship by the end of the week.

Today I printed the top of the Enclosures. All is on track for those of you who have an order in now. Should ship this week.

Next Pharaoh build

Gearing up for a new blast of Pharaohs. By Xmas for sure.

LAST of the PHARAOHS

I have 3 Pharaoh pedals left out of the last run. I did 3 runs of 6.

After those 3 are gone, I won't be making anymore till the end of July at the earliest, and maybe just one off single orders there after.

If there is anybody left who wanted one, or I left out, hit me up.

Metro Plexi SuperBass complete.

Tonight, I added the rest of the components to the turret board. Tested the circuit and Installed the tubes. Set the bias at about 35ma, And fired it up. It lives.

Spent an hour last night identifying components and installed the input resistors. Also caps and resistors for v1a and v1b.

Another few hours with the Plexi has it here: All of the controls, and pre tube sockets are wired in and the turretboard is wired in.

Second Batch of Pharaoh pedals are completed and shipped

The 2nd batch of 6 Pharaoh pedals are built and shipped, bringing a conclusion to the 6-6 phase.

The next batch of Pharaoh pedals are in the printing phase. They are screen printed with epoxy ink on a powder coated enclosure for maximum durability. The pink is the first custom order Pharaoh.

Alot of progress today.Pots installed,input jacks installed, most of the chassis wiring is in. Next step is the turretboard.

Another hour of work, and now I have the heater wiring finished and some preliminary grounding installed. Then onto the impedance selector and speaker out jacks. Also, the plexi face panels were installed, but I forgot to snap a pic of those...next entry....

Chassis population

Spent a little time tonight,installed the OT,PT,choke,Filter caps,and tube sockets. Starting to look like an amp now.

Starting the Metro Plexi Superbass build

First step was to modify the chassis to accept the IEC 14 plug in place of the standard power cord. I used a dremel tool to open up the stock hole to a square hole to accept the connector.
